Refund Policy


CANCELLATION INSTRUCTIONS & CANCELLATION FORM
Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal when concluding a distance selling transaction in accordance with the following cancellation policy. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.


A. REFUND POLICY
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the template provided on our website under the menu item withdrawal form -Use the cancellation form. However, the use of this cancellation form is not mandatory. If you have a customer account with us, you will find the relevant invoice and a pre-filled return form for each of your orders.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we have paid you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may refuse repayment until we have detained the goods again or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
You have to send the goods to us (STOLTENBERG spa, Mönckebergstraße 7; 20095 Hamburg, phone number: 0179-1122947, e-mail address : info@tanja-stoltenberg.de) to be returned or handed over. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
The contracting parties agree that a consumer will only bear the direct costs of returning the goods if the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed an amount of EUR 60.00 or, if the price of the goods is higher, the consumer has to pay the consideration or a partial payment at the time of the revocation has not yet provided, unless the delivered goods do not correspond to the ordered goods. If the price of the goods to be returned exceeds the amount of EUR 60.00, tanja-stoltenberg.shop bears the costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery.
